FAQ
Is REST LOUNGEWEAR Eligible for FSA/HSA?
While we cannot guarantee eligibility for every plan, many of our customers have successfully used their FSA/HSA to cover REST purchases. REST LOUNGEWEAR is classified under Class 10: Medical and Therapeutic Clothing, and may be eligible. We recommend checking with your plan administrator for confirmation.
What is a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)?
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a written statement from your licensed healthcare provider — such as your surgeon, oncologist, or physical therapist — confirming that a product is medically necessary for your recovery or treatment.
If your FSA/HSA plan requires additional documentation beyond a receipt, ask your doctor to write an LMN that includes:
- Your diagnosis or medical condition
- Why soft, non-irritating recovery loungewear is medically necessary (e.g., post-surgical comfort and healing)
- The recommended duration of use
Submit the LMN along with your order confirmation to your FSA/HSA administrator for reimbursement. If you need any documentation from us to support your claim, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
How to Use Your FSA/HSA:
1. Pay with Your FSA/HSA Card
If your FSA/HSA provider issues a debit card, you may be able to use it directly at checkout.
2. Submit a Receipt for Reimbursement
If you can't pay directly, simply send your provider a copy of your order confirmation email. Your order confirmation email provides all of the necessary information that is needed. If your FSA/HSA provider requires additional documentation, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist.
