We hope you love your REST LOUNGEWEAR, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our garments and for the health and safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or worn. However, we are happy to accept returns on unopened items within 10 days of fulfillment.
Defective Items
We guarantee that all of our garments are free from manufacturing defects prior to use. If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please proceed with return process. We’ll be happy to assist you with the return process for defective items.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original unopened garment following our return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

How do I return?
To start a return, please email us at restloungewear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.
What items are returnable?
- Unopened items within 10 days of fulfillment
- In unopened, unused condition
- In the original packaging
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 10 days of the fulfillment date.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
