Shipping policy

At REST LOUNGEWEAR, we’re committed to delivering your order as smoothly and promptly as possible. We understand that comfort and timing matter—especially when you’re healing. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the fulfillment date.

  • Orders are not processed, fulfilled, or shipped on weekends or U.S. national holidays.

  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. REST LOUNGEWEAR LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Expedited options may be available at an additional charge and are also calculated at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” but not received.

  • If your order shows as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or leasing office first.

  • If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please email us at restloungewear@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping & Returns

  • Due to the intimate nature of our garments, we do not accept returns on opened or worn items.

  • You may return unopened, unused items within 10 days of the fulfillment.

  • For full details, please visit our Return Policy or go to our Returns Center.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless your item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please start a return request within 10 days of the fulfillment date.

  • We may ask for photos for verification and will assist you with a resolution promptly.
